When selecting partitioning, consideration should be given to acoustic and fire performance, lateral stability and structural deflection. We have a range of solutions that can be tailored to your specification and project timescales.
As a company we operate seven days a week and can therefore offer an “out of hours” package for those clients who would prefer to go home on a Friday and return to find the project complete, tidy and ready to start trading on a Monday morning.
Many of the partition systems we use are totally re-locatable which means that our clients, should they wish, can have any of their existing walls or glazed units moved to another location at the fraction of the cost.
The colour choice for both metalwork and plasterboard finishes is extensive, TMI can create the look you want, an interior which is exclusive to your working environment, innovative and imaginative.
The function of a suspended ceiling is two-fold; to enhance the working environment and to attractively cover and protect the services in today's building. TMI offer suspended ceilings, normally in the form of concealed or exposed metal grid, with mineral fibre or metal tray tiles and the option of integrated services such as lighting, air handling, communications, fire protection etc.
The lighting and electrical work of a location is critical from both design and safety aspects. TMI can satisfy all your lighting needs from general commercial lighting to Category 2 office lighting and low voltage display.
All aspects of decorating including painting of all areas such as walls, ceilings and internal doors and wall-papering.
Fitting of internal doors, whiteboard and shelving installations.
We also offer an on-going maintenance contract to clients. A small fee is paid to TMI UK Ltd each month and for this one of our engineers spends a day each month doing any jobs that are required; painting, furniture moving and DIY jobs that you request.
Companies can use us as a call out company for pretty much anything.

A mezzanine floor was installed over machinery creating more office space above.

Our client wanted to turn this unused area into usable office space, allowing the technical team within their business to work in a clean, tidy environment. They now have the space to carry out their essential works to keep the business moving forward.
Old carpets were uplifted, dated partitioning removed, brick walls cladded and taped and joined. An external window installed to allow more natural light. Air conditioning units were added to assist with both cooling and heating. The tea point was upgraded, new carpet tiles and vinyl flooring laid and all areas were decorated. In addition we replaced the stairs and gave the toilets a freshen up. Outside we made the entrance more accessible by removing concrete posts and laying new slabs and stones and also replacing the entrance door with a new double glazed unit with a fire escape push bar.
Obviously our clients business is internal doors so we look forward to returning to take some final photos once they have installed the doors and frames
After completing the main job the client was left with 1 room in the area that they decided to give a make over.
It was a four day addition to remove ceiling tiles and damaged noggins and install new. Clad walls and tape and join and decorate and remove and install new carpet tiles
Forza are always making efforts to improve the facilities for their staff. The canteen area in one of their units had no natural air flow so they asked us to install a window. This required acros and strong boys but the problem was there was metal cladding on the outside and a kitchen on the inside so we had to build a polythene screen and remove the kitchen on the Friday, carry out the lintel and brick works on the Saturday and then 6 am Monday am remove the screen to allow staff to have refreshments and then install the new window. A lot of work was involved in this somewhat small project however the result was a very happy client and a relaxed team whilst they have their hard earned break.
